🚨 A woman was attacked in an attempted robbery at Leith Links at around 11.30pm on Tuesday. Police said two men pushed her to the ground but failed to get any items from her. - Detectives published this appeal for witnesses.

🚴♂️ A new e-cycle hire scheme for Edinburgh took a step forward yesterday. Councillors on the Transport and Environment Committee agreed a on report calling for for a dockless e-bike pilot at no cost to the council. ⚽️ A young Hearts fan had a surprise last night when he was picked out of the crowd and asked to be a mascot. Eight-year-old Leo Barbirou had traveled to Denmark with his family to see the Edinburgh team play against FC Copenhagen in the UEFA Conference League.
