Tickets for this year's **Scottish International Storytelling Festival** (21 - 31 October) will be available from Tuesday 15 September. The festival's [**family programme is live now**](https://sisf.online.red61.co.uk/events?s=family&ref=edinburghminute.com). - Already announced: a key event in the programme titled '**National Theatre of Scotland at 20: Culture, Democracy, and the Stateless Nation**'. Here's the description: '*As the National Theatre of Scotland and the Scottish Storytelling Centre both mark their twentieth anniversaries, this special event brings together artists, academics, cultural leaders, public figures and audiences to explore the relationship between theatre, storytelling, literature and democratic life in Scotland. Hope you all had a wonderful time of it. At Æ Towers we were busy reviewing all the shows made by Edinburgh-based companies. We didn't quite make all 180 or so of them, but we do have a righteous 152 shows covered.
