Birthday discount: get 20% off The Edinburgh Minute

A gift for you: exclusive extra Minute content, ad-free and daily for another year

It's discount time! There are now 28,400 subscribers to The Edinburgh Minute newsletter. Most don’t pay, and that’s fine. It’s free, after all. But the newsletter only exists thanks to those who pay a tiny amount. And that amount is temporarily even lower today. I've never raised the price, and it's still ad-free, as promised three years ago.

For those of you who’ve been meaning to upgrade, I’ve reduced the subscription price by 20% this week to celebrate the newsletter's third birthday. It's now £36 for the year, which is £3 a month or roughly 10p per day.

The Edinburgh Minute is free to all, but can only continue if enough people support it. That community spirit really shows how much people in Edinburgh care. The Minute's existence depends on it. Here's what you get when you subscribe:

📆 Get the most out of weekends with the exclusive ‘what’s on’ guides on Fridays. A lot of people subscribe just for this. It's a massive time-saver and upgrades your weekend plans.
🪩 The Culture Minute on Wednesdays, featuring the freshest concert tickets news, stage listings, new bar & restaurant openings, creative industry jobs + more.
✍️ Post comments and join the community discussion.
🔓 The full archive of 800+ posts, unlocked.
📆 And supporting this daily work ensures it continues landing in your inbox at 7am daily, ad-free.

This deal will disappear in a couple of days. Use it or lose it!

The Edinburgh Minute exists to save you time and make living here even better.

Whether you've been reading since day one or edition 835, thank you for your readership and time.
